Hoyt Livery Inc. — Establishment at 21 Cross Street, New Canaan, Connecticut.

We had been using Hoyt for several months. My husband travels a lot for his job, and we gave them consistent business. Recently his flight was canceled and he wasn't notified until an hour and a half before the Hoyt driver was to arrive at the house. He promptly called the dispatcher to cancel and reschedule for the next day. THEY STILL CHARGED US FOR THE TRIP EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP AT THE HOUSE (because he clearly got the message the flight was canceled). It was not like my husband just decided he didn't want to use them - the flight was canceled!! My husband promptly found another limo service. We will never use them again.
